Sierra Glamshop is an Atlanta-based beauty mogul and media personality — a main-cast member of VH1’s Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, with a following of over 2.6 million and a brand that spans a beauty bar, a world-touring glam class, and business courses for young women.

Sierra’s story didn’t start easy. Unexpectedly and beyond her control, she had her first child at 15 and dropped out of high school at 16. With no support from her parents, she had to find a way to provide for herself and her daughter. With her daughter as her motivation, she turned her lifelong passion for makeup into a career — freelancing, building her clientele, and eventually becoming one of the biggest makeup artists in the city.

Her demand grew so much that in 2010 she invested in her business on a larger scale, opening her first salon — the infamous Glam Shop. In 2016 she was cast on one of the biggest reality shows to date, Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, and used the platform to spread positivity and grow into a viable businesswoman — doing what she loves: making women feel beautiful and teaching the life-changing art of microblading.

Today, Sierra is one of the most notable microblading artists in the Southeast, and she’s only building. Through her Money Monster Academy she’s helped thousands of women start their own businesses. She believes every blessing is rooted in her faith — and she’ll keep using her platform to do God’s work.
